  • Cook (Part-Time)

    You must have cooking experience in commercial kitchen. 

     

    Must be able to complete job tasks on a timely basis and comprehend written information efficiently. Position requires performing variety of duties including preparing food items and beverages and general cleaning for at least 2 years. Must be able to work well with others. 

     

    Preferably ServSafe Certified. 

     

    Must have good work record.

  • Human Resources Manager

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right talent and resources to achieve its strategic goals.  This role requires strong understanding of HR management principles, employee relations and strategic planning.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

    • Manage recruitment processes including HR sourcing, contract negotiations and onboarding new employees

    • Oversee employee relations initiative to foster a positive work environment and address any conflicts that arise

    • Lead planning efforts to ensure continuity in key positions within the organization

    • Work closely with 401(k), workers’ compensation and FMLA contacts

    • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate professional development

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies

    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans

    • Conduct training sessions on conflict management, employee engagement and other relevant topics


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in human resources management or a related field

    • Strong skills in strategic planning and execution

    • Strong skills in 401(k), workers’ compensation and FMLA

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations

    • Ability to manage conflicts and facilitate resolutions in a professional manner

    • Knowledge of succession planning best practices

    • A proactive approach to HR sourcing and recruitment strategies
